Essentia Supports Active Living in International Falls

Essentia Health recently made a $2,500 contribution to the Polar Polers Ski Club in International Falls, MN to help fund a trail mower that will keep trails accessible to over 1,000 trail users during summer and fall.

Historically, Essentia has supported the Polar Polers Bogwalk project as well as purchasing ski equipment for Falls Elementary School.

We are proud to help our neighbors nurture natural landscapes and promote active lifestyles. Thank you to Polar Polers for making a healthy difference!

West Market Celebrates Recent Investments

In February, Essentia Health’s West Market colleagues celebrated making investments totaling $54,000 to four different organizations to support afterschool, summer learning and workforce development efforts for New Americans and low-income families.

These investments will provide opportunities for youth to access engaging experiences before and after school and during the summer, helping them to be better prepared for post-secondary education or enter the workforce.

Additionally, Essentia invested in trainings will give our neighbors the opportunity to gain skills and certifications to fill the need for critical positions in the community.

Essentia Health Volunteers in Action

Kudos to Essentia Health - Moose Lake colleagues who braved the cold and participated in the Ice Bocce event in Moose Lake. Funds raised at the event were donated to a local substance-free post-prom party for students!
