Sierra Kahler, DPT

Sierra Kahler, DPT is Physical Therapist who joined Essentia Health in 2020. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of North Dakota in 2016. Sierra earned her board certification in orthopedic physical therapy care in 2020. She has specialized training in running analysis and vestibular rehabilitation. She is also a certified provider for blood flow restriction therapy which is a specialized treatment completed to help patients with muscle weakness due to surgery, long term disuse and/or chronic pain.

Outside of work, Sierra enjoys spending time outside, travelling with her husband, walking her dogs, reading, and completing puzzles.
