A native of the Twin Cities, Dr. Hartman started her medical training at the University of Minnesota Medical School, then relocated to Duluth following her OBGYN residency at The University of Rochester in upstate NY. She finds herself in enemy territory - A former college hockey player, Dr. Hartman won two national championships with the MN Gophers women’s hockey team. She’s also married to a former Gopher football player. Go Gophs! Together they have two kids and a chocolate lab named Abe. Hobbies include mountain biking, hiking, spending time at the cabin and rink ratting with her kids at Portman.
Dr. Hartman is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology who provides full scope OBGYN care. Special interests include robotic/minimally invasive surgery, vulvar disorders, dyspareunia, and family planning/contraception.
