Tianna Hughes joins Essentia Health-Duluth Clinic to practice nephrology

Tianna Hughes, an advanced practice registered nurse and certified nurse practitioner,  is excited to begin practicing nephrology at the Essentia Health-Duluth Clinic.

“I have previously worked with Essentia Health as a student and registered nurse,” said Hughes. “Many of my personal values align with those of Essentia. I look forward to rejoining the organization. In some sense, it is like coming home.”

Hughes received her education from Walden University in Minneapolis. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. 

“I love to teach and help patients and their families feel empowered and engaged in their health and plan for care,” said Hughes. “Thoughts, questions and concerns are always welcomed during our time together.”
